Hair Implants For Women

There are new and exciting ways for women to get hair growing in a bald spot again. Historically, it has been very difficult for a woman to get hair implants because of the fact that it requires a good donor area. Without a good donor area it was impossible to find the hair follicles needed for the procedure. It used to be that a section of scalp would be removed from the head and the hair units harvested from this strip. With men this was a very good solution because a man generally has good hair growth on the posterior area of the head even if he is completely bald on the top and down the side. This is because of the way the genetic aspects of hair loss interact to cause problems.
This area of good hair growth allowed the hair surgeon to remove a strip and then suture it up. This wound was covered by the resulting hair growth so it didn't really matter. Hair implants for women on the the other had were very difficult because a woman generally does not have good hair growth over amy part of her scalp. She usually suffers from thinning hair along with bald spots. Now that individual hair shafts and units can be removed this is no longer a big problem. In fact hair implants is getting to be the preferred method of hair restoration for women.

Hair Restorer Facts

If you are going bald I am sure you are wondering about different ways you can build up the hair on your head so you don't have to deal with that hair loss in your social situations. If this is the case then you have come to the right spot. You can learn all about using a good hair restorer here on my hair replacement systems blog because I know about the embarrassment of hair loss and how it makes a person feel. You see I come from a family of bald people.
Some of my family members have handled the baldness well and some have not. The difference I think is how well they felt about themselves. If they had good self-seteem then it really didn't matter. If they didn't, then they weren't able to deal with if very well.
The best hair restorer method I know of is to get hair implants. These last for years, they grow and they are usually hair from other parts of the person's head so they match the surrounding hair perfectly. I am very happy with hair having a hair transplantation procedure and I would recommend it to anyone. If you don't like being bald then you need to go to a clinic and find out if they are right for you. I think they will be.

Hair Restoration For Women Facts

Some people claim that women can not get a effective hair transplantation procedure because their hair tends to be too thin. This used to be the case but things have changed now. With the new ways of doing transplants it is no long unreasonable for a woman to get a hair implant process done that can give really great results.
Most implants before were of the scalp strip kind. In this method a ribbon of scalp is removed from the head and then the individual hair follicles are removed, cleaned, and prepared for reinsertion into the scalp at the balding area. This method works well if a person has a thick area of hair on his or her head but it doesn't do well if the person is suffering from balding. Most women when they develop a bald spot also are suffering from hair thinning. Thus it took a new process in order for women to enjoy the benefits of hair implants.
There are now method that allow for hair restoration for women that can deal with this thinning hair. In particular, the FUE or follicular unit extraction method can give women a great looking head of hair that will not fall off in a wind storm or slip off during extracurricular activities.

Hair Restoration For Women

It is a fact that women have got the short end of the stick in a lot of different activities. One place women have fallen way behind men is in getting to deal with their hair loss problems in a realistic and rational way. For years the only method women had of dealing with their thinning hair or balding was with a wig. This was OK when the women just sat around and did nothing but as soon as they headed out doors for some fun this no longer worked so well.
Thankfully, women now have the same opportunities for re-growing hair that their male counterparts have. They can get hair implants or hair plugs that give them the full head of hair look they have been craving for years. And the best part is this new way of dealing with hair loss will not fall off in the wind nor will it slip down over the eyes at times that would be embarrassing. A good hair restoration for women system will go a long ways toward making sure that the woman has hair she will be proud of instead of feeling like less of a person because the hair does not cover her head.

Hair Replacement Systems

If you are looking for quick hair to cover up your bald spot then the hair piece industry has the answer for you. The new hair replacement systems are not the old fake hair systems of your father's time. There are now many styles and colors to choose from and the ability to match your hair color is almost uncanny. These are no longer the subject of comedy movies where men would have their hair pieces blown off in the wind or get them caught on some object and jerked of their head. These are now high tech items that stay on the head and match the surrounding hair very closely.
The manufacturers of these items can offer several price levels to fit any budget with good looking hair to cover a bald spot. If you are not in a position to afford hair plugs or hair implants now you can get one of these systems for a lot less money and start saving to get implants. A hair system is not the best answer I know because you do have to be careful about some activities but they do work well enough if you are on a tight budget. If I were bald on top I would go with one of these until I could afford to get hair transplantation surgery.
The hair replacement system is not the best alternative but it is definitely better than nothing.

What Are Hair Replacement Systems

You may or may not have heard the term hair replacement systems before. It is a relatively new term to describe an old product that has turned into a joke. A hair replacement system is commonly known as a toupee' or hair piece. The term toupee' has really fallen on hard times because of all the old slapstick comedies that always showed a guy with a hair piece having the fake hair fall off at some inopportune time. Usually it would fall in his soup or get blown off in the wind or get caught on a woman's coat or something. Just the name has been turned into a joke and is laughed at.
This meant the manufacturers of these hair pieces needed to come up with a new name in order to get over this problem. They use hair replacement systems because it is kind of generic sounding and nobody has been making jokes about them.
